This project is born during the COVID-19 lockdown.

It started as a way to keep track of the changing that were happening in Cheltenham but quickly developed into something bigger.

Indeed, with this series I also want to focus on how, despite the situation, people managed to face this unattended event with a positive attitute, thinking about ways to get through it and to support the rest of the community.

In order to do this I decided to combine pictures showing the sadness and emptiness of closed shops with images of hope and strenght.
This series shows people on furlough, people that lost their jobs and people that are still actively working to support the community.

Cheltenham Made It.
